Translating Musical Notation to Geometric Grammar: TUIs in the Humanities

In looking forward, thinking about the place and practicality of TUIs, I am most interested to see where TUIs can work in the humanities.

I have not seen this better embodied than through the awesome work of OTOTO.

1) DYSsonance is a student project to allow dyslexic students to have another way of understanding music in a "geometric grammar." There is a particular attention to detail and versatility that makes the product great.  Follow the link to see images and video of the amazing product!

2) However, my heart belongs to this use of the Ototo.

I cannot even express my excitement at seeing something like this! I plan on saving up for one!
